Don’t let his angelic face fool you: Shadow is the Vestigia team’s unexpected field asset. While the humans analyze data on their screens, Shadow patrols the corridors, meticulously inspecting the premises (and Émile’s shoes) for the slightest olfactory clue.

An expert in discreet—if sometimes a little too noisy—surveillance, he is capable of picking up trails that humans have missed. Though still in training, his nose is already formidable at unearthing secrets hidden beneath sofas. He doesn’t shy away from any puzzle, especially if it involves a treat.
